As of 9:30 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 21, Orange & Rockland Utility said 199 of its Rockland County customers had outages, while 69 of its 103,800 Orange County customers were without power.
In all, 84 customers in Orangetown were reporting outages. In Pomona, 71 customers were without power, and outages were also reported in Ramapo (33 customers), Clarkstown (seven), Grand View (three) and Haverstraw (one). In Orange County, Blooming Grove (52), Warwick (11), Wallkill (four) and Highlands (two) were all hit hard by the overnight storms.
No estimated time of complete restoration has been provided.
